Chip seal is a technique used to prolong the lifespan of roads. It seals cracks, prevents water intrusion, enhances skid resistance with embedded stones, and creates a new driving surface for light-traffic roads, rural routes, and driveways. This method is a cost-effective alternative to full asphalt overlays.

Sand is suitable for use in concrete and mortar mixes. It can also serve as fine-grain filter sand and is excellent for laying pavers.
CSTC and CSBC are crushed rock product that contains minus (also known as fines). The fines allow the product to pack tightly and remain in place under compression.

Drain Rock products are made of washed round rocks that help manage water flow. Rounded river rock is commonly used in drainage systems.
